Why we use it, and on what basis
| What for | Legal basis |

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and it works.
Cookies and tracking
Necessary cookies make the cart, checkout and login work. They cannot be turned off without breaking the store.
Analytics and advertising cookies and pixels are only set if you accept them. We use them to see which pages and which advertisements lead to orders, and to show our advertising on social platforms and search. This can involve sending a hashed version of your email address or a browsing event to those platforms, which then match it to their own users.
You can change or withdraw your cookie choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the store, and you can clear cookies in your browser. That does not delete data already collected, but it stops new collection.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it with service providers who need it to do their job for us, under contract, and only for that purpose.
- Shopify, which hosts this store and processes orders.
- Payment providers shown at checkout, including Shopify Payments, PayPal and the wallet providers, and their fraud screening.
- Carriers and fulfilment partners, who receive your name, address, phone number and email so the parcel arrives.
- Email and support tools, which store your address and our correspondence.
- Analytics and advertising platforms, including Google, Meta and TikTok, where you have accepted those cookies.
- Accountants, auditors and lawyers, and public authorities where the law requires it.
Transfers outside the EEA
Some of these providers are based in the United States or process data there. When data leaves the European Economic Area we rely on the European Commission standard contractual clauses, or on an adequacy decision such as the EU to US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply to a specific provider.
How long we keep it
| Data | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Order and accounting records | 10 years from the transaction, as Lithuanian tax law requires |
| Guarantee claims | 6 years after the end of the 5 year guarantee period |
| Support correspondence | 3 years from the last message |
| Marketing list | Until you unsubscribe, then a suppression record so we do not email you again |
| Account data | While your account is open, and 12 months after you ask us to close it |
| Analytics and advertising identifiers | Up to 24 months, or the platform period if shorter |
Your rights
If the GDPR applies to you, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to another provider in a portable format. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest, and you can withdraw consent at any time, including consent to marketing and to advertising cookies. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already happened.
Email sevyn@support.com and we answer within one month. We may need to confirm who you are before we act, so that we do not hand your data to someone else. There is no charge for a normal request.
If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to the Lithuanian supervisory authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate, or to the authority in the EU country where you live.
If you are in California
We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing data with advertising platforms for targeted advertising can count as sharing under California law, and you can opt out through our cookie settings link. You can also request access to or deletion of your personal information at the address above, and we will not discriminate against you for asking.
Children
This store is not for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we delete it.
Security
The store runs over HTTPS, payment data is handled by PCI compliant providers, and access to order data inside our team is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect, so if a breach ever affects your data and creates a real risk to you, we will tell you and the supervisory authority as the law requires.
If we change this policy we update the date below, and for a significant change we say so in the store or by email.
