1. The products

We sell acupressure mats and pillows for use at home. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but colours vary between screens, and small differences in stitching, shade and disc pattern are normal in a textile product.

2. Health and safe use

Use it on a flat surface, lie down slowly, and stop if anything hurts. Speak to a doctor before using it if you are pregnant, have a skin condition or open wounds where the mat would touch, have a bleeding disorder, take blood thinners, have a heart condition, have diabetes with reduced skin sensation, or have an implanted device such as a pacemaker. Keep it away from children and do not let anyone stand or jump on it. You are responsible for using the product sensibly.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if the item is out of stock, if the price or description was wrong because of an obvious error, if we cannot ship to your address, or if we have reason to think the order is fraudulent or intended for resale.

Quantities are limited to normal household use. We may cancel bulk orders placed for resale.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected in the store and include any tax and import duty that applies to your delivery country, unless checkout says otherwise. Shipping is shown before you pay.

We may change prices at any time, and we run promotions that start and end. The price that applies to you is the one shown at the moment you complete checkout. A promotion that ends after your purchase does not entitle you to a later price, and a later promotion does not entitle you to a retroactive discount.

Payment is handled by Shopify Payments and the other providers listed at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

Discount codes cannot be combined unless the store says so, have no cash value, and can be withdrawn at any time. Codes obtained by manipulating the store, by bulk generation, or by using someone else account are void.

5. Shipping and returns

Delivery, returns, refunds and the 5 year spike guarantee are covered by our shipping policy and our return and refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We can close an account that is used to abuse promotions, to submit false claims, or to harass our team.

7. Content you send us

If you send us a review, photo, video or comment, you keep ownership of it and you give us a free, worldwide, non exclusive licence to use, reproduce and show it in connection with SEVYN, including in advertising, until you ask us to stop. You confirm the content is yours to give, that anyone recognisable in it has agreed, and that it is not unlawful. We can remove or decline any submission, we do not have to publish anything, and we do not treat submissions as confidential.

8. Our content

The SEVYN name, logo, product photography, copy, and the design of this store belong to us or to our licensors. You may not copy them, use them for your own products, or use them in advertising without written permission. Scraping the store, reselling our images, or reproducing this site is not allowed.

9. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to break into the store, overload it, or probe it for vulnerabilities.
• Do not upload malicious code or place fraudulent orders.
• Do not use the store to break the law.
• Where we link to other sites we do not control them, and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

We can block access for any of the above.

10. Liability

We are liable to you for loss caused by us failing to meet these terms or by us not using reasonable care, but not for loss that was not foreseeable, not for business loss such as lost profit or lost revenue, and not for loss caused by you using the product against the guidance in section 2.

Where liability can lawfully be limited, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by this section.

We are not in breach of these terms if we are delayed or prevented from delivering by something outside our reasonable control, for example carrier failure, customs action, strike, extreme weather, or an interruption to power or telecommunications.

11. Changes

We can change these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the one that governs that order. Check the page again before your next purchase. If any clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law, and the courts of Lithuania have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in another country, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you can also bring a claim in your own country courts.
